The designed line speed is 40 meters per minute, and the width of the coated strip can reach 1200mm. The annual output of color aluminum plate is 10000 tons. The core part of this production line has introduced equipment and control technology, making it one of the more advanced units among similar products.
This line can be directly coated with resin and fluorocarbon paint, and also has polyester powder coating and color printing functions. Mainly used for roll coating of glass aluminum strips, public buildings, walls, and decorative aluminum coils.
